Gas Furnace Maintenance in Tomahawk, ST 54487

“On a Saturday afternoon, we noticed that the furnace was trying to ignite but wouldn’t fire up. I called the 24 hour service line and a tech came over within an hour. He diagnosed the problem as a bad gas valve but was unable to make the repair at that time. He left us with two space heaters which, with our fireplace, provided more than adequate heat. First thing Monday morning, Joe called and informed me that Josh would be bringing the new valve and install it. Within forty five minutes of his arrival, he had us up and running again.

The total cost for repair was well below what I expected. I was told there would be no charge for the 9.5 yr. old gas valve which, surprisingly, was under warranty and the installation was included as part of original service call charge. I highly recommend Premier. They are both professional and personable. They have skilled technicians and offer very fair pricing.”
